What this is

This page provides Content Rights Information for Tabo on iOS. It describes how we respond to reports of alleged copyright and other rights issues across product listings, service listings, store pages, chats, and reviews, and how you can submit requests.

User content

Tabo allows users to upload and share content, including product and service photos, store branding assets, listing descriptions, reviews, and chat attachments. By using Tabo, users confirm they have rights to upload content and allow display within the marketplace.

If you believe content infringes your rights, you can submit a rights request using the contact information in this page.

Copyright / infringement reports

If you believe content on Tabo infringes your copyright (or another intellectual property right), submit a notice that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or other right you claim was infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content on Tabo (e.g. link, post ID, or description).
• Your contact information so we can reach you.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the content is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that the information is accurate.
• An electronic or physical signature of the rights owner or authorized representative.

Counter-notifications

If you are a user whose content was removed or restricted, you may be able to submit a counter-notification if you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification. We review counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law and may restore content when appropriate.

Repeat infringers

We may take action against users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, which may include removal of content and/or account restrictions or termination, in appropriate circumstances.
