Terms and Conditions (EULA)

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Agreement to these terms

Tabo (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a neighborhood marketplace platform that connects local sellers and customers. By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using Tabo (including our mobile apps and related services), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use Tabo.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you will comply with all applicable laws while using the platform.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Tabo has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes, without limitation, content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, fraudulent, deceptive, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to others or to the community.

Abusive behavior includes harassment, bullying, stalking, impersonation, spam, scams, doxxing, coordinated abuse, and any conduct intended to intimidate, harm, or exploit other users. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ejection from the platform, and reporting to authorities where required by law.

Filtering objectionable content

Tabo uses a combination of automated and human moderation to help filter objectionable content before and after it appears on the platform. This may include automated detection, keyword and pattern filtering, media safety checks, rate limits, listing and message review workflows, and restrictions on accounts with repeated policy violations.

No filtering method is perfect. You remain responsible for what you post, and you should report content that violates these Terms even if it was not blocked automatically.

Flagging objectionable content

Users can flag objectionable content directly in the app. Depending on the content type, you may report listings, store pages, reviews, chat messages, media, or user profiles using in-app report actions. When submitting a report, provide as much detail as possible (for example, the content type, user involved, and why it violates these Terms) so we can review it promptly.

You may also contact us at lance@erniespizza.ph for urgent safety concerns.

Blocking abusive users

Users can block other users they believe are abusive. When you block a user:

  • That user’s content is removed from your feed and related in-app views immediately.
  • Further interaction with that user through Tabo is restricted according to in-app blocking controls.
  • Tabo is notified of the block and associated inappropriate content context so our team can review the report and take moderation action when appropriate.

Moderation response within 24 hours

When Tabo receives a report of objectionable content (including flags and block-related reports), we will act on credible reports within 24 hours by:

  • Removing or restricting the offending content; and
  • Ejecting or suspending the user who provided the offending content, where violations are confirmed.

We may take immediate action without waiting 24 hours for severe threats, illegal content, or urgent safety risks.

Tabo’s role as a platform

Tabo is a technology platform and communication intermediary that helps sellers and customers discover each other, browse listings, chat, and coordinate orders. Tabo does not own, manufacture, store, or fulfill the products or services listed by sellers unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific feature.

Any transaction, delivery, warranty, or service obligation is primarily between the seller and the customer. Tabo facilitates communication and marketplace features but is not a party to the underlying sale or service contract between users.

No liability for product and service quality

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tabo and its owner are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, availability, or fitness of any products or services sold or offered through the platform, including seller listings, pricing errors, misrepresentations, defects, delays, or failure to perform.

You use seller offerings at your own risk. Any claims regarding quality or performance should be directed to the relevant seller.

Push notifications

Tabo may send push notifications when you enable them on your device. Depending on your preferences, alerts may include marketplace promos and announcements, order updates (such as new orders for sellers or status changes for customers), and new chat messages. Chat push notifications intentionally do not include message body text — they only indicate that someone sent you a message.

You can control push notifications in Tabo’s settings and in your device’s system notification settings. Promotional pushes may require separate in-app opt-in. Tabo is not responsible for notification delivery failures caused by device settings, network issues, or third-party push services.

Seller subscription (Apple App Store)

To register as a seller and operate a storefront on Tabo, you must subscribe through the Apple App Store. The current seller plan is an auto-renewing monthly subscription (currently ₱249/month, or the price shown in the App Store at purchase). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Apple handles billing, refunds, and subscription management for in-app purchases. Tabo does not process seller subscription payments directly. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple’s applicable terms and payment policies.

If your seller subscription ends, is cancelled and not renewed, or otherwise lapses, Tabo may remove your seller role, hide your store from the marketplace, and deactivate your products and services until you resubscribe. You may restore an eligible subscription through the app where supported.

Payments, transactions, and no monetary obligations

Payments and transactions between buyers and sellers are made directly between those parties (for example via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other methods agreed between them). Tabo does not hold customer funds as a payment processor unless a specific in-app feature clearly states otherwise. This section does not apply to seller subscriptions, which are billed by Apple as described above.

Tabo and its owner have no monetary obligations arising from user transactions, including payment disputes, chargebacks, failed transfers, pricing disagreements, or non-payment. Tabo is not liable and will not be implicated in any way regarding payments, billing, collections, or transaction outcomes between sellers and customers.

Refunds

Refund requests, return policies, and settlement of payment disputes are the responsibility of the seller, not Tabo. Customers should contact the seller first using in-app communication tools. Tabo may help with reporting and moderation but does not guarantee refunds and is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of sellers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabo and its owner disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tabo, user content, third-party services, or interactions with other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Tabo after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
